My Story

My journey into videography diverges from the conventional route of pursuing a college education in digital media. It sprouted from a profound passion for coaching sports, a commitment to the improvement of my players. Endless hours were dedicated to recording performances, editing matches, and providing constructive feedback to the team. Simultaneously, my role as a teacher regularly thrust me into the role of the documentarian for school productions and various events. Fueled by a penchant for perfectionism, I found myself investing a considerable sum in professional gear, diving headfirst into the world of live-streaming school events. The turning point arrived when a fellow teacher approached me with a request to film their wedding day. Frankly, I felt more than a little nervous, considering the potential repercussions of a misstep, given our daily interactions. However, when the big day unfolded, I discovered an overwhelming love for the craft. The joy of filming, the art of storytelling, and witnessing the bride's reaction to the final film captivated me entirely—I was hooked. This discovery became my raison d'être. While I continue to teach, my weekends and holidays are dedicated to videography. The dream is to strike a balance, working 50% teaching and 50% videography, but I am content to say that I cherish both professions. This dual commitment allows me to offer videography services at more affordable rates than others in my field, a testament to the genuine passion that fuels my work.
